My Heart On Lock

So if you recall, last week I did a post on Tifa Lockheart, one of my all-time favorite heroines. A heroine who has my heart on lock.

Earlier this week I was having a discussion about Tifa, Final Fantasy 7 and Advent Children and then it hit me. I think it's past time that Tifa Lockheart gets her own spinoff video game and/or movie.

It makes perfect sense. She's starred in FF7, Crisis Core, Dissidia, Before the Crisis, Dirge of Cerebrus, Kingdom Hearts, etc. It's not hard to see why she has such a following. She's humble warm, nurturing, bright feminine and is easily one of the fiercest warriors ever. Tifa is the girl you want as a best friend and or a soulmate. She's the girl you would move heaven and earth for. Obviously she's as popular as Cloud, Zach, Vincent, and Sephiroth, I think it's time she gets to take center stage.

I would love to see Tifa have her own adventure where she goes solo on a quest and saves the world on her own.

One of the few complaints I had about Advent Children is that she spent too much time playing nursemaid to that snot nosed whiny brat.

And let me be clear, by snot nosed whiny brat, I don't mean Marlene or Denzel (they're awesome, I love them), I mean Cloud Stryfe.

I think it's past time that the true star of FF7 gets her own spinoff.

Can I get a witness?
