So if you've read/watched Hellsing, you might know Seras has a habit of freaking out and going into these berserker rages when she's injured or come under extreme emotional stress in canon.
I'm pretty sure dying as violently as she did in Battle Royale (killed by someone she knew, no less) will spur one of these on when she wakes and has all her powers back, which will be near her apartment building in Terra.
My plan is to put a log up for anyone who wants to get involved later today, she'll probably be on a rampaging slaughter until she calms or someone stops her.
Advice for this is:
Either injuring her enough to weaken her out of it, or into retreat. Anderson literally impaled her with a bunch of blessed swords one time whih made her wake up.
Someone getting through to her emotionally, calling her out of it, your character would have to be someone who knows her for this.
Blessed silver is the effective weapon against her, but since I doubt any characters will have this (bar Bigby and Shika who she'd have told as a warning against a situation like this) normal weaponry will work if you can make her bleed out enough.
