Next Tuesday (Feb. 17) - Yosuke is completely healed from the Tetora incident. Toly sent him to Elysium where he was completely fixed up. The shadow is still lingering in his thoughts, however. Meaning, despite he is healed, he still is being vicious towards people without understanding why.

I'm thinking citizen rampaging the streets = police presence, and yeah, Light would try to get him to stop - I'm thinking since he'd volunteered himself out to Vargret he might be doing some patrol shifts? Light isn't too much for hand-to-hand combat, but uhhhh you're welcome to attack him when he's all HAI STOP NAO or whatever.
