been a while
but i have been away to cornwall for a week
and it always takes ages to catch up with peoples journals.
why is it people seem to write the most wen im not reading?
anyways the kendo seminar was brilliant.
everyone got along very well.
apart from a little arguement i had with a fellow kendo-ka.
but that was sorted out as soon as it was made.
yea so all we did was wake up do kendo
go to the beach and fuck about.
then back home for more kendo
and then out on the piss.
haha
it was an odd routine.
but a brilliant one.
drank everynite..
but wasnt drunk.. except for the first and last nite
had so much fun.
and it really felt as tho it was a loada mates on holiday rather than a kendo club.
met the bouncer guy i'd heard and seen so much of. but didnt know..
beat him on our first encounter.
altho he is rusty, but gave me such a hard time.kudos.
but i lost to a senior student. darn it.
and thats what sparked the arguement.
but yea i went up another grade so im now 4th kyu.
but i dont really care too much..
apart from getting a menjou theres really not much difference.
and i also got an iaido grading.
so im finally a 6th kyu
i wanted higher.
but i dont really mind.
coz it means i can get a collection of menjous from 6th upwards.
its such a loverly place to go to, really relaxing
and everybody was happy.
even tho everyone aquired injuries not related to kendo...
which upset sensei a little...
we all fought thru it and came out tops.
lol...
well im back and i now have to work,..
and its my bday.
:( but i cant get out of it..
its me doing another favour for my manager.
even tho he doesnt know it atm
coz he was in such a state wen leaving
i just left it.. and didnt bother telling him and making him worry b4 leaving.
oh well..
