001 ► This is a multi-fandom RP, which means that the characters can be from movies/manga/books/anime but there are no celebrities or real life people.
002 ► Please keep in character; letting them have a development is fine, but do not make them completely mangled. Oh, sure -- that is fine too, just remember to plot it out, we don't want a duck to suddenly change into God, and then summoning tuna without any knowledge of what being God would be like, do we? Also if you plan for an event as such then please gain permission from the mods.
003 ► Absolutely no godmodding. Ask the mun for permission. If you do not know what this means, in simple terms, you cannot control someone else's character. That includes what they feel and do. If you must then please ask permission. Also, remember not to reveal information that you know OOCly in IC context.
004 ► Entries made by characters are posted to neo_rpg. This includes private or filtered posts, hand written scribblings, phone calls. Anything that is done by a character goes to the main comm. Entries must also be tagged with the format of the post, followed by the character's given name and surname.
005 ► OOC =/= IC. Understand this. Keep the OOC drama out of the RP. It's for fun, not for people to get bitchy over another mun for whatever reason. You will be kicked if we find this being done.
006 ► We allow het, yaoi and yuri here and no discrimination against it plzkthnx. All NC-17 material (which includes explicit gore and also other disturbing scenes) will be under a cut and also friend's lock. If you are under eighteen and offended then we will not hear any of it; it was your choice to read.
007 ► The current character limit is five characters per person. Of course if you think you can handle more, then go ahead - just remember that the activity check is not per person, but for each character.
008 ► All logs go to neo_logs, however they are not necessary for an activity check and will only be used for the player's leisure and fun. Do not forget to add your character's tags that will be created when your character is accepted.
009 ► No breaking the fourth wall. We get it, it can be hilarious, but it's a no-no.
010 ► Respect the mods and players. Just keep calm and collected; a RP is for fun, however, if things really do get out of control, then contact one of the mods.
011 ► Act mature, please. This is not a crack!rpg and it will not be treated like one; if you believe this is a crack!rpg and show it then you will be banned.
012 ► There is a three-strike warning. If you break a rule or harass a player you will get a strike. If this happens three times then you are out of the game. We will not hear any objections to it.
013 ► For the logs, please use the following field:
Who: Player 1 & player 2 [If more then 4 players then have a posting order]
Where: [State where, such as Elysium, Terra or Abyss and where in that area]
When: [What time: day, night or afternoon or dawn]
Summary: [What is happening and such]
Rating: [E, T, PG-13, R, NC-17. Remember those with a NC-17 warning should be friend's locked]
