[ the thing about being mostly-not-human was that any desire to eat decreased rather rapidly. kazama knew that he could probably sustain himself off pretty much nothing for a fairly long time -- which could be convenient in the future, maybe. but habit was habit, and after going for a few days of living off pretty much nothing but water, he decided that acting like a normal human wouldn't hurt.
early afternoon found him exiting the yakuza hq -- leaving his work to the next in command -- to head for the nearest line of stores. luckily, there weren't too many people around as he slipped into one of the nearby convenience stores. he didn't need much, just something simple and a bottle of water, and he ignored the cashier's cheery greeting, instead making a beeline for the line of fridges in the back holding the bottles of drinks. ]
