The Draculina wasn't blind or stupid afterall, she knew continuing to feed her was taking its toll on the teenager. Yet they didn't have much choice, if she didn't drink reguarly she might very well end up taking it out on a fellow police officer or an innocent civilian. but everytime when it was done and Shikamaru was there, looking pale and shakey she felt guilty...
Aware of the teen standing outside waiting for her she put a smile on and waved as she walked up to him. "Hi Shikamaru."

He turned, almost ringing the doorbell out of habit before he remembered that he was trying to avoid Sunako for this particular visit. He took his own key out and opened the door, gesturing for Seras to follow. "This is my brother's new place. Er, sort of. Where he's living now, at least. Think you two oughta talk because you've got a lot in common."
He glanced back. "But, um... Well you've seen him before at the station, so you know how he is. Just try to ignore the rude, annoying part of him. Heh..."

"Hidan, right?" Seras frowned, thinking back at the memory of Shikamaru's brother. Rude, yes she remembered that part. But them talk? They had things in common? The blonde blinked and started to wonder what that was. She stepped inside after Shikamaru nonetheless.
Though if Shikamaru brought her up here for feeding then, did that mean he knew? She wasn't sure how comfortable she was doing this around someone else. There had been Hobbe's, but he'd pushed it out of his head as seeing a vampire who simply 'looked' like her, which had been a blessing really.

Okay, well, he was that bad, but this was a murderer speaking to a vampire. Were either of them in a position to judge?
Shikamaru moved quickly through the mansion, and quietly to avoid attracting that unwanted attention. He hadn't been here much but he remembered where Hidan's room was. He knocked quietly and muttered into the door, "It's me. You decent? I've got a girl with me."

"Shit," he hissed under his breath. He pushed himself off the bed and to his feet. There was a lot of stuff that had been bothering him, stuff he didn't really feel like discussing with anyone else, but this was clearly the wrong place to go.
"Nevermind, thanks for the help. I'll leave you alone." Shoving his hands in his pockets, he turned to shuffle toward the door.

Hell, Hidan couldn’t pulled so many excuses why he was such a pissy bastard (Yeah, his best friend was probably rotting in some hellhole that couldn’t be found. And hell, his brother just publicly blew him up) so why the fuck was he always the goddamn bad guy?
"That all you want, huh? Jeez Shika, way to be fuckin’ selfish." His words were -- as a matter of fact -- softer, but despite that, they were still firm and probably even threatening as they curled around the joint.

But he knew exactly what Hidan meant. It was shitty to come over just to get Hidan to do him a favor like this. But it wasn't like he intended to just ditch him! The only reason he was leaving was because it seemed like that was what Hidan wanted.
"I don't get you, man," Shikamaru sighed, dropping his hands and his shoulders in surrender. "You don't want me around but you get pissy when I try to leave. You're such a pain in the ass." He turned and stalked back to the bed, flopping onto it with his face planted into a pillow. If Hidan wasn't going to let him leave, he could just nap or something.

Instead, he just watched as Shika made his way to the bed, as though Shika had just finished some retarded tantrum, "Hey, I never said I wanted you to fucking leave!" He grunted. "Look, if all you want is some freakin’ blood then just say so. Could’ve fucking called too." Maybe because he was that desperate for some sort of fucking...fucking what was it? Contact?
Well whatever.
Hidan shrugged, and if one was to squint until their eyeballs fell from their sockets then it could’ve been apologetic, but most of all it showed nothing but irritation. "Whatever man. If you want to leave that fucking badly then be my damn guest." And he moved away from the door and leaned against the wall, "Not like you give a shit if --" Then there was a small tch, as though he just bit his ( ... )
