Summary: Too keyed up to sleep, Violet forgoes it and decides to poke her head into one of the many places she hasn't been to yet.

It still amazed Violet how much people changed attitudes when they realized who she was - and who she worked for.
They almost didn't let her in. A retinal scan here, an ID number there, and soon, she was let in without any problems. She'd wanted to look in this Research Facility for a while now; sheer curiosity, of course, was the main motivator, but there was something else on her mind.
Six.
They promised her, swore that he wouldn't be here. They promised she'd be able to see him once they were certain he was free of his illness. Until then, he had to be quarantined, even if Violet was immune. She clenched a hand briefly, then relaxed. As she walked through the building, heels of her boots clacking, her clothes a spot of black in the pristine white of not just this place, but the whole city... She wondered. The dreams, the flashbacks of a life not her own...
She wanted to worry about them.
But couldn't.
