Summary: Mello goes to rescue Near from vandals?!?!
Rating: PG-13 for potential Mello cursing?

Near closed the lid of his laptop as he slowly moved over to the window and looked down the few stories to the ground below. People outside running around, destroying things. They were trash. They belonged in Abyss and Terra. Matt had better be quick in fixing the problems with the IDs so that things were normal again.
In the meantime, he was going to wait for Mello to pick him up from there. To be honest, he did not feel safe alone there. He had already had a couple of vandals attempt to break in. There must have been dents on the outside of his door considering they use something heavy to bang against it to force their way inside. He went back over to his bed and sat on it, one leg pulled into his chest, a hand reaching down to place another puzzle piece into it's correct spot.
