“Your friends screamed at you to stop, asking what you were doing,”
“You did not pull back, slow down, or take any evasive action. You just kept driving on the wrong side of the road, far too fast, in a way which your friends’ screamed reactions showed was extremely dangerous to those on the road in front of you.
“Immediately before hitting him, you did not swerve away or try to stop by jamming on your breaks,”
“I’m nevertheless not satistfied beyond reasonable doubt that you deliberately drove into him"
