The word "Stupid" is one of the words that I hate the most.
It describes a dislike for something.
However, it does not mean that something is actually bad.
It only describes a dislike someone has for something.
The only problem is that, I feel, sometimes people forget that they can like "Stupid" things.
Going back to my truth entry. You can do whatever you want, and you can value whatever you want. You just have to listen/understand what you want first. If you are not listening to what your body tells you that you want, then you probably are simply doing what others are telling you to do/think/feel. Which may be why you have such a hard time with knowing what you want. Living with a lot of boundaries/expectations can constrict you to be the person that everyone wants you to be, leaving you empty on the inside. You need to do what you feel like will make you genuinely happy (Drinking your pain away, doesn't count), and not what others tell you. If that makes you a "Stupid" person, so be it. The point is that you will eventually be able to understand that you can be your own person, and make others happy at the same time. For right now, you have to find out who you are first and foremost.
A reason for being with someone is that they make you genuinely happy.
I don't understand why that is so hard for some people to get through their heads.
