The Greatest Moment
It is when you have acknowledged that you are in fact addicted to this person. You have submitted to their power over you, and you allow the sharp ache of withdrawal to pervade your innards for no other reason than to heighten the joy, the bliss, the pleasure that comes when they return to you and you release all your desire for them. And it flows from you like rich harmonies from the mouth of a singer, or fluid melody through the hands of a skilled pianist. It is when your dependence envelopes you and it seems, suddenly, that your only purpose in life is to be injected with that person. And when that moment comes it seems as if there is no world left, but rather there is only yourself and the one, and if it were like that for as long as you both shall live then perhaps the world that has left you would not be so unbearable. But it cannot be so, because you cannot be found if you were never lost.
