Packing. Boy is it hard for me.
Man. And then some.
What if I'm forgetting to put in something I'll need terribly when I'm in England? I know. I know. I'll buy it. But, you know how it is!
I know a lot of you either live in dorms or move away to go to college. Are there any things I shouldn't leave behind or else my ass is toast? Other than chanclas (flip-flops) for the shower? Please, if you have any advice... at this point, I surely need it.
Today, I had a huge nervous break down. I cried and screamed like a banshee. I even lost my JCrew shirts for a bit. Cried so hard over those. Found them, inside the dresser way behind the drawers. It wasn't the shirts I was crying on about, or even the night table Mamakin can't leave where I want. I was just so stressed out, so sad that no one is helping me pack or is here to make jokes with me. I was just so lonely, and this move is bigger than I imagined. It's taking a real toll on me, like... making me anxious beyond Tralala! Meister helped for a bit, and I hope he'll be there more actively, since I do want someone there the whole way. I'd like someone, please. So it won't feel so lonely. [Ok. Period. Enough fear-talk.]
I've got one of my luggages up on the bed, and Oh, boy. I am at the hardest part of it all: choosing which Cds to put inside, and which to leave in my room in a nice box for safe keeping. Nuts! I've got so many Cds and man, I love most of them to bits. My true nature comes out as quick as rain: most of the Cds in my "Can't Live Without You" pile are Classic Rock! The Rolling Stones are blasting as I pack my bags. I already packed most of my clothes. Mamakin washed them as we packed. Rained cats and dogs, so a lot of my clothes are hung all over the house. It's sooo funny. Meister piled them all inside the suitcase, and we even sat on it, so it would close. Ha ha!
Ok! So, I'm out of here. If you want me, I'll be the person wearing a red Gap snow hat singing away to "Satisfaction" and jamming Bowie, Zeppelin, and Garfunkle in together with a mini surf board. Ha ha!
England: Are you ready for me?!
