Woke up with less pain than yesterday.
Maybe I am allergic to aspirin. I was taking Motrin, which is related to aspirin, and my face was all puffy. Jd told me to relax, cut off the Motrin and see what happens. Hmm. It meant not killing the pain, but it seems to have gone down. The puff! So, maybe I am... allergic to... aspirin... Bummer. That's the best medicine for heart and blood conditions. The best medicine. Period. Oh, and I love Bayer! I used to be addicted. Ate them for fun. When I was a kid.
Ok. Freaky moment over.
Today, I woke up with energy, so I re-arrenged the room where a lot of junk lay into a nice place, with a sofa and a bunch of libraries, and books. A while ago I was arranging the books, but I stopped. I found this old, brownish picture of the Three Musketeers, that film with Leonardo DiCaprio. Hmm. Just as "If it really gotta be this way..." was playing, this song by Robert Plant. Sad, sad song. I started crying. Me and Rick and Meister, we love that film. The picture shows the Musketeers together, just as they defend their king. We would often pretend we were those characters. Rick was Athos (Malkovich), Meister was D'Artagnan (Byrnes) and I was Philippe (Leo). I miss them so much. But... it really does have to be this way. People can't stay together forever. Everyone moves on. "I'll cry, but I'll get by..."
I huffed and I puffed and I made that room into a nice study, with a lot of books and a nice vibe. Which is awesome, man, because we've been moving furniture around like an earthquake. Oh, and one of my bookshelves plummited. Buum! Lucky for me, my statues were taken off before it went down. Threw the bloody thing away! Nothing more I could do, but throw it out. It'd been hammered and jammered beyond belief.
Went out to finish the mural I'm doing for Emily. Braced myself for the ruined bits of what used to be my work of art. Yep. She trashed it. She didn't say anything about it, and I dind't either. She did ask me to fix some bits, and I did. Then, I moved on to my new project, which I will not let her take from me this time. I worked really hard, trying to finish it all today, but by 3pm I was dizzy from the smell of paint. Yuuurgh. It's this globe of the world with our homeland in the centre, rather big. Around it are all of these children from around the world. I did not create it. Emily did. I'm just painting it.
She amazes me, how stupid she can be at times. She's got a horrible looking German kid wearing these orange lederhosen that shame all lederhosen on Earth, and a horrid Indian girl wearing a terrible sari, and an even uglier girl I can only assume is African! I mean, G-d forbid she puts in children from Africa wearing African garbs! Noooo. By the way, I have to stick to her design. I'll try to make their bodies and costumes as nice as I can, but that por German has to remain orange-clad. A feier zol im trefen! I innocently asked her where the heck was the girl or boy dressed in our national garb, by the way. She looks at me as if I am made of banana waffers. There isn't one! She feebly points at a non-descript kid with non-descript clothes and yellow hair, and says that's our kid. She just made that up! Grrr, and then some.
Ok. Heading out to enjoy the rest of my vacation. Longest vacations ever. From June to October without school. Better enjoy them while they last, cuz come October Med School starts and then it's "fire to the can!" Azoy gait es!
