this apartment is great, and it's mine!
Our apartment is getting better literally all the time. I've been out of work for about a week now since my ear surgery, and Nate had yesterday and today off, so we used this time to do the final things that we've been waiting to do since we moved in! This includes: getting a bookcase and setting it up, getting nails and hanging up the rest of the artwork in our house, cleaning out the big closet and the pile of Nate's crap in the middle of the living room floor, putting up coat hangers.... That might be it. I still have to clean out/organize my shit in the closet in our bedroom, because I shoved a bunch of stuff in there when we first moved in. It's just so great, everything is finally (almost) exactly how I want it! It's really relaxing, I love looking around and just being in our apartment.
Not much else to report on. I want to try to update more often...even though my life really isn't very exciting right now...
