I find it a bit amusing that the first doctor-ish profession comes in at 30 with dermatology. I don't find it surprising that a lot of my top career choices are in creative fields. Marine Biologist is one of the things I did consider in undergrad (had I gone to a university that had that as a major option) but found out I got seasick and that killed that ambition pretty fast. Animal breeder is not wholly out of the question, b/c I'd like to breed horses later on, when I have money.
But it makes me happy that writer is in the top 5. Now I only wish I'd gone to grad school for that instead of med school. *sighs*
