Yes, I finally returned. *gasp, shock, horror* I wasn't exactly ready to walk out of the door when Mum came to pick me up this morning, but I got that way - just before she decided to drive off and leave me to get the train. Granted, I kept her waiting in a most deplorable way, but still - I thought that was a little harsh.

So, I'm at home - and have been entertaining my miniature cousins for what feels like it's been an aaaaage. I played Piggy-In-The-Middle (which is FAR too exhausting a game for an insomniac adolescent) and Hide-and-Seek which was better, although Eva tricked me by hiding under Alice's duvet. And since I hadn't thought my own sister capable of such betrayal, I believed her when she said she hadn't seen her. I'm surprised Eva didn't start giggling when Alice told me to check the airing cupboard - she's evidently more adept at that game than I was at her age. But then... at her age, I used to freak out about people coming and finding me, so I'd unearth myself before anyone had to look very hard. Apart from that one time when I fell asleep under my bed and scared the living daylights out of everyone because they couldn't find me.

So, yes... and I gave them some of my Coca Cola, under orders, which I can't help but think was something of a mistake. That said, I've heard no particularly cacophonus noises so far. But then, I've retreated to my room with laptop and headphones. And a stack of Alice's CDs to copy. Hur hur hur. ;>> Actually, I may need to sneak downstairs and locate my Sweeney Todd soundtrack and new Get Cape. Wear Cape. Fly album to upload. <3<3 Yay for Amazon.

And I have Torchwood novels. Novels, yes, you read correctly. I know, I know, they'll probably be soul crushing. But they're written by the same guys who write the series so, hopefully, they won't make my eyes bleed too badly. And the writers are all going to be at Forbidden Planet this Saturday, signing books. So I'm totally taking them along.

Saturday's going to be the first properly awesome day of the holiday, I imagine. British Museum, sushi restaurant, good company, Torchwood writers... what could possibly darken such joy? Except revision. And real life - which tends to find a way to mess these things up. Ah well, I shall remain positive. I'm fairly well assured that it will be an awesome day. Touch wood.

Which sounds a lot like Torchwood... Hehehehehehe.

So, I believe that's about all I have to say on matters of any importance/unimportance... so matters in general, really. And I shall now sign off this ramble and cease to spam your Friends' pages. Love and sparkles to you all.
