Well, I asked for honesty, and I got it.
I must have had the most bittersweet conversation with my dad over lunch as to the status of our "family." He didn't tell me anything I didn't already really know, but it's really strange hearing it straight from the horse's mouth.
I don't know how to deal with it..but I guess it's to be taken one day at a time. What else are you supposed to do when your views conflict with every single one of your spouse's? Buh.
