End of the year meme.
Okay, so I decided to do a meme.. I've barely posted recently so I thought this was a good idea.. to sum up my year. O: 40 QUESTIONS AND SOME PICTURES!!
1. What did you do in 2010 that you'd never done before?
Probably.. a lot of things, haha. Lived in Korea.. drank Soju.. yeah.
2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
I kept some, I failed at others. I'm going to make some for next year, too.
3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
Not anybody SUPER close to me. But probably some losers from high school, or something.
4. Did anyone close to you die?
Yes, my uncle died this year. My mom's oldest sister's husband. Growing up, I always spent all of my summers (and sometimes Christ seasons) in Spain, with my family. I always stayed at my oldest aunt's house, so, I was pretty close to this uncle. Although his health had declined recently, his death came suddenly and without warning. To make it all worse, he died on my aunt's birthday.. :/ yeah... I don't like to talk about it.
5. What countries did you visit?
Er, Korea, mostly? I also visited Japan once.
6. What would you like to have in 2011 that you lacked in 2010?
Willpower.
7. What dates from 2010 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
... Uhm, none, I guess? I don't have good memory at all.. Yeah, I know. sorry.
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
... I haven't achieved anything. SHHHHHIIIIIT.
9. What was your biggest failure?
Not losing like a single pound. DAMNIT!
10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
Yeah, more than the last 5 years of my life combined. Most notable injuries
-While standing on the curb waiting to cross, a piece of broken sidewalk cement fell off a speeding truck and crushed my foot. FUN.
-Running an 105 degree fever (40.6 C) for 3 days
-Projectile vomiting
11. What was the best thing you bought?
A new laptop! O: Also, EXPENSIVE.
12. Whose behavior merited celebration?
I dunno. My friend Marissa got super drunk the other day and was super crazy, it was funny. I dunno if she really deserves celebration, but it was hilarious.
13. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed?
Nobody. I don't really get affected that much by other people. My boss pissed me off a lot, though. :I My job made me depressed, but it was just a combination of many things, not really a specific person..
14. Where did most of your money go?
My vacation in Japan.. headbands.. ALCOHOL. GODDD THE ALCOHOL. And some food, too, I guess.
15. What did you get really, really, really excited about?
My visit to Japan in summer. Any day I got off of work, since they were SO FEW.
16. What song will always remind you of 2010?
..Don't ask me why. I just listened to it a whole lot when I first got to Korea.
17. Compared to this time last year, are you:
a) happier or sadder? About the same? But a bit happier.
b) thinner or fatter? The same, I think. ;_;
c) richer or poorer? WAAAAAY richer. (Last year I had like, zero dollars to my name, so, yeah.)
18. What do you wish you'd done more of?
I wish I'd traveled more and gone to beaches and stuff while the weather was still good, instead of just binge drinking every weekend.
19. What do you wish you'd done less of?
Drinking, eating.. spending money.. haha.
20. How will you be spending Christmas?
Oops, this already happened, so let's make it past tense! Anyway, I had dinner with my friends at a nice italian restaurant. Then, I went clubbing at the usual lesbian clubs.

No, but I fell in LIKE?

ZERO, geeze.
23. What was your favorite TV program?
The Biggest loser. :I I like watching people who are fatter than me.
24. Do you hate anyone now that you didn't hate this time last year?
No, I don't think so. Some friends have come and gone, but, yanno, nothign too serious.
25. What was the best book you read?
Iiii didn't read any books this year. :I Books are heavy to transport from home,and english language books are expensive to buy, sooo.. yeah. I've just read stuff online.
26. What was your greatest musical discovery?
Marina and the diamonds.. TONS AND TONS OF KPOP.
27. What did you want and get?
A new laptop.
28. What did you want and not get?
uhm.. I wanted to buy clothes in Korea, like.. shoes or clothes or whatever, but, nothing fits me here. EVERYTHING IS TOO BIG. I need bras, badly.
29. What was your favorite film of this year?
Inception.
30. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you?
I turned 24. On my actual birthday (A thursday), I had dinner at Mr. Pizza with my friends and then got a few drinks at a local bar (Woodstock), with 3 of my good friends. On the following saturday, we went clubbing and I didn't have to buy like any drinks all night. The night got kinda derailed by a huge fight between a friend and her girlfriend, and stuff like that. But it was fun.
31.What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?
More days off. :/
32. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2010?
"I only have one suitcase and can't buy new clothes in Korea because everything is too damn small."
33. What kept you sane?
Drinking and partying at the lesbian clubs.
34. Which celebrity/public figure did you fancy the most?
None.
35. What political issue stirred you the most?
Bullying in schools. (I don't know if this is really political.)
36. Who did you miss?
My parents. My brother and sister. :/ My best friends at home..
37. Who was the best new person you met?
This isn't fair since it's my first year in Korea, everybody I met was new. SO my list will be a lot of people. Ciji, Ashley, Marissa, Ali, Hyemin, Lici, all of my coworkers since March.. yeahh..

Don't hesitate to yell at people when theyre fuckin with you. Yelling is the universal language.
