Oh. my. god.

Okay, so, I've been really happy about the situation with Japan and Kansai Gaidai, because.. well, that's just one less thing to worry about. Unfortunately it's another batch of paperwork stacked up on my desk that I have to get done. The worrying is not over!

To make it all worse, it's about that time of the year for MIDTERMS. I seem to be behind in most of my classes, and it's like a game of catch up ALL the time.

HEARD seems to be slipping to the bottom of my priority list, as everything else is like "DEADLINE!! DEADLINE!!"

Here's the deal breaker: The university just found out that I'm a comic artist. There's an art gallery going up in the Student Union, which is supposed to have all student-made comic art, on the topic of Community Service. So they contacted me like "omg we want you to make 5 huge comic panels for the gallery!" which is AWESOME, since it's great publicity.. but, NOT awesome because... I have less than 2 weeks to complete 5 images that are about 18 x 24 inches. They want ONE of the images to be done by monday.

So, here's the point: I won't be able to continue drawing HEARD at the same level of quality. I just WON'T be able to do it. The most I can do is a sketch-- it won't be nearly as complete-looking. I figure that updating twice a week with sketchy pages is better than updating NEVER.
