For no reason at all, my internet died last night. It was out all night, but working again this morning. I guess a line went down somewhere, I don't know. Hopefully it doesn't happen again! If the next page is late, you guys know why.
Oh! My beaaautiul golden DSlite shipped from Amazon.com today.. I'm pretty excited, I ordered it weeeeks ago but it was out-of-stock until now. I'm buying a japanese-english dictionary that I can use on it! It's totally awesome.
I updated HEARD just now with a cute little comic about New Years Resolutions. I tried to keep from SPOILING anything coming up, so it was hard to think of things for them to say! I hope you guys like it anyway. I'm working on the next update now, so it'll definitely post in time.
It's so strange. Without all the stress of classes and projects, I find that I'm actually ENJOYING drawing again. I haven't really enjoyed drawing this much since I was in high school-- more than five years ago, when I was first starting to draw. I feel like I'm actually improving for the first time in a long time, too. Let's hope I can keep it up! I'm so inspired lately that I want to start up the projects I've had in my head for ages, but.. I don't want to get sidetracked. A lot of artists start new projects and just abandon their old ones. I want to make sure that I develop HEARD completely before dedicating time to other works.
I've got a really big GL story planned, as well as some BL stories. I'm not sure how many of my readers are BL fans, but.. oh well! I guess you take that risk. At the very least you all must be somewhat tolerant, with characters like Vlad hanging around.
I've also got a sorta.. unconventional, but possibly SUPER FUN collaborative comic idea for 2008. More details later~
