I had a great time last weekend in Batangas. I played Dance Mania with Vher, one of our GameMasters. We failed on the last song though~! XD~
Anyway, after settling a few minutes of peace in my boarding house, I asked
Bebs if he could accompany me to Cainta and stay overnight at my parents' house. After a few hours of giving reasons, he agreed, with conditions though (Men can make good deals nowadays, and I am amazed everyday).
Anyway, we bought chocolate mousse cake and Coke for midnight snacks after having dinner at Robinsons Galeria (I forgot the name of the Chinese resto, pardon for my short-term memory).
We arrived at my parents' house at around 10pm, quite late yet we were able to watch Spiderman and Practical Magic on TV (somewhere in between) and I chatted with my mom on my wedding dress details.
Then
Bebs and I went to my 2nd room (yes I now have two bedrooms back at my parents' house!) and he was amused at the light yellow and peach walls (yes, my parents decided to brighten up the house, including my rooms) and the pink plaid sheets with matching pillows. Quite too girlish and kikay, but I was glad that I'm home. We ate cake while watching Dragon Tiger Gate - a Chinese flick with lots of action-Jackie-Chan-and-Jet-Li type moves. Sad that it was English dubbed, but the guys there reminded me of someone. Heck, I know a lot of my guy friends now having their hair as long as the girls. ~_~
Earlier today we went to Robert Garcia, the famous and professional tailor/seamstress in our town. He also talked about his past works before, including the fact that his dresses made it all the way to Mindanao, and in Canada and London. We talked about churches, hotels, food, and of course, the designs and linings for the dress, plus fabrics.
Bebs looked confused and confessed that he doesn't know what we (Robert, my mom and me) were talking about all those intricate details of a gown. I laughed and hugged him. I said "if you knew what we're talking about, that would've been weird for me."
I kissed my mom goodbye and told her to send me the details of the rooms they prefer to reserve at the Old Swiss Inn.
Bebs and I went to Robinsons Galeria again to watch Bolt. It was fun, consider this as one of my few moments to unwind. I missed eating barbecue-flavored popcorn. The movie made us miss our dog too, but we agreed that once our house and his family's house will be complete, then we can get our dog back. He's currently staying at their old house.
I was glad to see most of my stuff were sold at
eBay and
Multiply. But since it was holiday today, I informed my buyers that I'll be shipping their items tomorrow.
Gawd, back to work again tomorrow. Got to hit the sheets. Oyasumi~!
