How's this for an obscure Beatles research related question...
Did Brian Epstein and Lionel Bart live in the same parliamentary constituency in 1964?
The answer, in case you're wondering, is "no." Just barely. Bah.
Unless I'm mistaken, Brian would have lived--both at Whaddon House and at Chapel Street--within the Cities of London and Westminster constituency. And in 1964 he would not have got the chance to vote Labour because the seat was occupied by the Speaker of the House (a Conservative), and the Speaker's seat is traditionally not contested.
