(no subject)
I should really only take on tv show and stick with it. I wan to finish uta no oniisan (Will try to power thru it tomorrow) But spent most the day downloading 'my Girl'. And i really want to start watching last friends. Whats a girl to do? I have to spend all day emailing C.V's to production companies so will watch it while doing that. I'm thinking of putting episodes onto my ipod to watch at the gym...
IT also doesn't help that i brought season one to the E4 show 'Misfits' which is so awsome i want to cry. I saw the last episode on telly and loved it. Watched ep 1 online - loved it. I could of powered through the whole series last night but wanted to save it to make my money last.
For those who don't know. Misfits is a Uk show that aired late last year. Its a tiny bit like heroes. Its about 5 ASBO teenagers who while doing community service get hit by a freak storm and find out that they have superpowers. I really love all the characters and the series has been really well written. As my friend put it ' The plot is a bit shit but each episode has been really well done'. (ah bless her) I love how the characters are quite realistic, I can easily see people i know in every one of them.
Each character's power is based on their personality. For example Curtis can turn back time because the guilt of one mistake, promiscuous girl Alisha touches someone and they get in a sexual frenzy, Kelly can hear everyone thoughts as she is conserned what people think about her, shy simon is ignored and so can turn invisible and Nathan.... well you find that out in the last episode. They kill their social worker (he turned into this violent hulk man so they had to really. It was them or him) so they have to cover that up .... but someone knows their secret. ooohhh dramatic.
My favourite character is Nathan (below) as he is one of the funniest characters i have seen on TV. Youtube 'Nathan Misfits' and pick the first one, the one that says funniest moments - you wont be dissapointed. But beware for spoliers!! I also love Curtis and kelly next then simon and alisha. ^_^
