Smoking Aces
The next day, this must be a record for me. I watched Smoking Aces today, which was okay. It looks very pretty and the director was great but the story was really confusing. Even at the end when the explain it, and you are supposed to go, 'oh my god!' in realisation, there was me sitting there with a confused look on my face. All i wanted was a little bit of violence but there was only about a few mins of actual action. It has a great cast and i thought it was really well acted. I'm impressed with Alicia keys who i thought handled her character well. However my favourite characters by FAR were the Tremor Brothers (especially Dawin ^^). I want a movie with just them. They were so intersting and i want to know more about them : )
One bit of info i learned today, is that the guy at work's friends dad, was the assistant director on Alien and Blade Runner!
And I'm a happy bunny because i got my tickets for Juliette and the Licks today ^^!!!!!
