I seriously want to learn how to meditate or something of the sort. It'd be nice to be able to just take a time out from the day and put my focus on something else.
I already had a dream about being late for the first practice of preseason lol. However, I'm seriously not worried about it at this point. I'm doing what I can to be in the best physical condition and going in with a "Do your best" kind of mentality. Whatever happens, happens and for now I'm just taking it day by day.
