And with a half-hour to spare, I have posted my Yuletide story! And yes, it's gargantuan. Why do I do this to myself? Because I seem constitutionally unable to see 'minimum 1000 words' and not strive to have a word count at least one order of magnitude greater (in this case, nearly 50,000 words).
