Bad, bad, bad!
I've traveled in a lot a different countries and I never thought the first time I would have to return a dish in a restaurant would be in France, seriously? We had to sit there for 3 hours and even the replacement meal they brought me back was bad! Where's Gordon Ramsay when you need him?
The white wine was warm. Louis' venison tasted like it was just beef with no seasoning. My risotto tasted like they poured cream over rice, added undercooked frozen shrimps over it along with a can of artichoke... exactly, it tasted NOTHING! And when the waitress offered me a steak instead, I should have refused because I asked for medium and got barely dead with burned outside. I ate the side dishes. Even the chocolate dessert was tasteless and they used all kinds of off season fruits, which tasted like cardboard. Really guys?
Total V-Day fail! Well, we did have a good laugh with other victims around us. It was like watching a horror movie so bad, you can do anything but laugh about it! Good thing this was not our first date!
