Breaking eggs yotsuba's way

Yesterday night, I was getting ready to whisk some eggs when I remembered Yotsuba's way of opening them.
I usually scratch them with the edge of the table or plate, I've seen people breaking them by hitting them with a fork or even completly smashing them and then using a strainer to take away the rests of shell (yep, this one was messy). But I've never seen someone going Wham! and that's all. So there I am with an egg on my hand and a mischievous smile on my face. And then WHAM! and.. It does work!. 8-| The secret is on the strength you use to hit the egg, the shell gets slightly dented so it's easy to break it in two parts. It didn't get sticky for me so I think I mastered the technique. Funny, how you can end learning a new thing...
