The Hate/The Love. Rambling, rambling.
Two years ago(two years!!) I discovered Queer as Folk. After two weeks of mostly only IT, QaF in my veins, I noticed that it wasn't something many people wanted to watch. Being the only person I knew that like it and that me and myself are a little tired of each other, I went to the fandom to find comfort.
I've been an insane fan many times before (and after) QaF and there's always something crazily funny about fandom, how our preferences make us lose sense sometimes, we're eager to discuss the less significant thing,...And QaF fandom is probably the most intense I've ever been (or I felt, maybe is because I were too involved in it).
So, I began taking notes, picking little ideas that I found funny and sometimes make little comics out of them. Here are two of them...
At first, it was mostly about the fandom, eventually it began to be mostly about my reaction (or more accurately a fictional version of myself) to the show and the people close to me reactions. I have notes, that now doesn't make to much sense to me like "Wolfram vs Lupe". Cat fight? uh?
Thes two are from a serie I had in my mind about tipes of fans. They are just doodles.
