This is just about the most ridiculous non-issue schools should be facing today. Are they serious? And other schools have gone along with this insanity?
How long is it going to be before kids go to school, through the metal detector, through the X-ray machine, through the blood test for drug presence, through the psych test to pinpoint that day's mental state, then to their individual small soundproofed rooms to take their classes in virtual environments, never actually seeing another child past that point?
No kissing. No hugging. No shorts. No hoodies. No wearing black. Outlawing certain words by whim. No recesses. No playtime. All because it "interferes with the educational process".
And people wonder why our kids have no hope for the future. It's because we are holding them, every day, in a tighter and tighter fist, squeezing out all life and light, day by day.
This is criminal.
