...but it was the only one we had.
Up side: We are finally getting rid of this:
sometime this week. (Yeah, just soak that in--that's what we've been sleeping on since we moved in here a year ago, and that, barring the egg-crate mattress topper that the roomies donated when we moved in, was what we've been sleeping on for the past six years. Down side: the bed frame is going to have to go directly against the back wall, which means very little, if any, room for me to open the drawers on my side of the bed.
Up side again: Cat will be able to open the drawers on her side of the bed. So yay for that.
In the meantime, I'm sitting next to the towering pile of bed bits, pillows, stuffed toys and the like that is taking up all and every bit of maneuverable space around Cat's computer desk.
Still, it could be worse. I mean, right now, it's no issue, because her computer doesn't work right now anyway.
