S'pose I should be grateful, I mean, ever since we moved in, our room has been the single hottest room in the house. Today? It's cccccold.
On the other hand, it just reinforces, since I went out to the kitchen...how friggin' cold the rest of the house is. It's still warmer in this back room than anywhere else. It is stupidly cold outside.
House is my hero for more than one reason. Even though the only thing I've been systemically addicted to, re painkillers....is aspirin. (Nope. Not kidding. And twice.)
Uh... (list of top ten bizarre mental disorders). And
whoa (list of top fifteen coolest undersea critters). And
ew on many of these (a list of the top ten coolest plants).
Some weird things have come out of America. One of them was the composer
John Cage. Some time back there were a series of concerts in England honoring him, and
this performance is of one of Cage's best-known works, the (perhaps infamous) composition 4'33".
Um...
greed is bad? Very odd, very disturbing animated film. Eight minutes of your life will go away watching this, so keep that in mind. Personally? I blame the Art Council of England.
Pain qua House MD.
While that's good...to make up for that, seasons
two and
three of the House MD blooper reels. Hee. And just for fun--the
Flogging Molly version.
And while we're here...
lemmealone, never let it be said I don't
love you dearly. Even if you've seen it.
And the Supernatural bloopers,
polka version.
And the
scariest thing I've seen today.
Did I mention it's cold? It's really cold.

All bowing and scraping to
pandoras_closet: he has reminded me of
Erich Schwartz! YAY! Damned timely mention, too.
[Late insert:
Yay! I'm normal! [*snerks and runs off again*]
