I have been getting less sleep than usual. From everything we've been able to observe based on the feel of it, I did manage to sustain a bone bruise when I fell. So I could be in for months of this pain and hobbling about. Just grand. I needed two of Cat's Tramadol to fall asleep last night, I haven't been able to do much in the way of housework, which is killing me, and walking just plain hurts.
crymsin_lilly gave me a different formulation of glucosamine chondroitin with MSM which had worked for me before, so now I'm double-dosing on gluco--one of the Schiff pressed-pink tablets along with the powdered capsules that sphynxcatvp sent me. In a few days some of the joint pain will--not may, I know it will--ease for me, which just leaves me the hip action to deal with.
Cat says PCO saved me here. I asked her how on earth it did. She said, look, the whole of your body weight came down on that one hip. And you bruised the bone. Any other chick of your size? Your hip would've shattered.
Oh.
Oh.
Okay, I'll take the bone bruise.
