My mixer / toy arrived at the office yesterday!
You remember that sensation you got as a kid when it was Christmas day? Remember how it felt to rip off the wrapping paper of a present to reveal a sparkling box with an even more sparkling toy inside???
Yep, that was my yesterday alllll~right!
I took my Xone: 22 mixer to my bro's place for a test run with his Technics SL 1210s. I played a bunch of vinyl, but here, I recorded myself *trying* to mix two FlyLo tracks. Er, I'd say not bad for an absolute beginner:
Yeeees... more practice needed, for sure. Guess I'm holing myself into a cave for while to work on it, haha. But overall, I think this mixer is gonna change my life.
