There's a chopper circling around this neighborhood with a freakin' spotlight shining down, periodically accompanied by radio noises coming from someone's walkie-talkie -- only safe to assume that means cops are also in the area. Prior to that, I heard screaming. A LOT of screaming. It sounded like it was just a bunch of drunk kids going crazy for Halloween.

I'm hoping it's not something else...

*edit* Oh jeezus there's a cop car like right outside my window.
*edit 2 - 11:45 pm* It's gone! Cop car AND chopper! DAAAMN THAT WAS WEIRD.
