Maybe it's a little bit blurry, but I like crop and colouring! :)

Reasons:
negative:

-dont like crop and corners, think it's need more contrast
-crop isn't good, the part of the nose looks really bad
-I guess crop isn't nicely chosen. eye is too high but bottom part looks empty

-very good idea, but b&w effect really doesn't fit
-background change didn't really work, the icon is too busy

-too pink or red coloring
-not so well quality. colouring could be much better
-the icon is way too dark
-too blurry
