Had a good weekend home for the most part (a belt in the van broke...so no driving, and then it took all afternoon Sunday to get back to Boston). I didn't do much. I did go for a bike ride, which I miss doing in Boston. And I got good food (homemade pad thai and blueberry muffins, though not together). My parents were busy working on a summer course they have to finish by Friday. It was funny to see them both have papers to write...and to see their work styles (My mom is super-anal - I guess it's in my blood - and my dad is a huge procrastinator).
I'm back at work now (so hard at work, obviously). I did hand in my projects on early voting (yay! i got something done) and I'm now working on writing a script for a powerpoint presentation.
On Thursday, I'm going to the JFK library. It turns out they have some of RFK's 1968 campaign papers, which will be helpful for my thesis and hopefully a trial-run for my research in Austin.
Now, if I could just figure out what the hell I want to do when I graduate...I would be all set. Where's a magic eight ball when I need one?
