48) When's the last time you screamed at the top of your lungs? my last mushroom trip, it was wild. so good to get it out though. i yelled and screamed for close to an hour with lindsay. then when i came down, which was a very easy transition, i felt cleansed. my whole body was relaxed and it was like i went through some type of detox or cleansing of my system, because i felt vibrant, awake (like, alert to my surroundings), i saw things in a different perspective and i just felt very calm about life.
