This stuff still only works in German. "Mother milk" = breast milk and her child is follow-on formula. We call orange juice and apple juice "o-juice" and "a-juice" (a little longer than your OJ...) and those two go "oh" and "ah".
Trust me, if you don't have to have it explained it's absolutely HILARIOUS!
