Southland, Borstal Boy
I just watched the first episode of Southland, and I'm loving it already. I've been meaning to watch that show for a while now because everyone's been raving about how great it is, but I'm not usually into cop shows that much so I put it off till now. But man, I'm so glad I finally gave it a chance because not only is it really good, compelling TV, but there are also a ton of actors I love in it. Shawn Hatosy! Ben McKenzie! Kevin Alejandro! Michael Cudlitz!
Plus, non-conventional gay character = YAY!
So basically, I'm going to spend the next few days marathoning the first three seasons and basking in the glory of new-show-love. :D
And speaking of Shawn Hatosy, I watched Borstal Boy for the first time last night, and it totally blew me away. I highly recommend it to anyone who hasn't seen it!
