This week's time-filler
Almost Peter Capaldi (say, a second cousin), in Doctor mode. Nose isn't quite right, down to the model lacking the morphs for a proper arched nostril or a step in the nose ridge, and the hair needs to be curlier, but I think this model would make a fine Angleton.
