Author's note: This site has been unvisited for five years, and the site conditions (high heat and humidity, low visibility) hampered our search. But we were as thorough as can be expected, and yet can report only limited success. The Diskwarrior DVD was located, and the program run. However no sign of the 2" USB cable and dashboard adapter was found, and contrary to our recollection, the edition of Singularity Sky found was the early UK edition with the silver cover, not the one with the neat spaceship.
