They're both totally the girlfriend, though it's easier to use Steve, because he always does to enrage Danny, while Danny mostly just makes Steve look smitten. XD

We did get him semi-shirtless in the pilot, but that was just a TEASE. I like to think they're building up to it, so once he actually has to take his shirt off (for a very good plotty reason, of course), fandom as a whole will faint.
