If you have a video file encoded in 23 fps (and why is it encoded with 23 fps?? It's either 25 or 29/30 depending if you have PAL or NTSC, did I miss something?) can you encode it again to give the file a different fps, or will that screw up the file?
I should have known the technical troubles would come and bite me in the ass when the clipping part went smoother than ever before. *sighs* I swear, even thinking of the constant crashes of the program, the Moviemaker days were easier.
