Go up higher, there should be a Director of Transportation.

Hell even call the Superintendents Office and even better, find out who the Board Members are for your school district. If they are anything like mine they love to meddle.

And... last resort... go to the local news.

That's some seriously messed up shit. It's sad to see that something as nonsensical as this has happened before. People wonder why our school systems are failing... they can't even do something as simple as make it easy to go to school. *sigh*
