some pictures of what it looked like out here earlier. We're safe here...just looks more scary than it is unless things change like the wind going crazy again. The houses that are really in danger are those big ones on the hills.
When I went to get my allergy shots this morning it was so weird. It was like a ghost town. Barely any traffic and nobody else really getting shots. When I pulled into the parking lot it was snowing ash and it was so dark. The crows were even acting nutty. Then driving home there were bits of dark sky and in between was the most beautiful bright blue sky I have ever seen. As I drove on the freeway you could see flames on the hills.
