Getting back on track.

Yup. Life is getting back on track for me. No more driving around Florida. I am officially settling down in the Lakeland area for the time being. Right now I have a stable job with Wal-Mart making enough to keep myself going. I'm currently a truck unloader, but that could soon change. Krista got a job with Publix part-time, and after reading about the benefits one could get from working there full-time I am pursuing employment there. Krista will be talking to her manager tomorrow to get me an interview. I'm sure they will try to competively match what Wal-Mart is paying me. In Publix I could work while going to school and after that, with my degree, work my way to corporate. An office job would suit me best.

In other news, I attended Megacon and blew a whole paycheck on five dollar manga. It was fun. Now I'm saving up for Jacon, which is one day after my birthday. My first convention as a 20 year old. Should be fun. Conventions are usually turning points in my life, so who knows what'll happen before or after this con. At Metrocon, I found out I was moving to Orlando. At AFO I found out I'd have to go back to PA. At Megacon I got my work life turned around. Something might happen at Jacon, so who knows. Hopefully something good.
