We were supposed to eat this lamb for Thanksgiving, but those plans were derailed. My parents gave me the meat they'd bought (because it would've probably turned yucky in their freezer) and I made it Monday night. SO DELICIOUS. I just want to pick it up by the bone and make like Fred Flintstone on it. NOM NOM NOM.
