Another "mental organization of the kitchen" post

This was helpful before, so I'm a-doin' it again. Recipe suggestions welcome!

BECOMING ANCIENT
* Swiss Chard. Yes, the same bundle as 2 weeks ago. I AM SCARED TO LOOK IN THE BAG. It's probably a lost cause by now.
* Onions. Whatever, they're immortal.
* Dill. Bah, I'll just make more yogurt cheese. Or pickles (which would necessitate buying cukes, so NO). Or maybe I'll hang it up to dry. Or I'll use it with the tilapia that's been patiently sitting in the freezer for weeks.
* Garlic. I've been working through these three bulbs for awhile, constantly checking for funkiness. Still good. I LOVE YOU, MAGIC GARLIC BULBS. You are in my pesto. ^_^
* Methley Plums. I have a few left over after making my crazy-assed, semi-successful plum tartlets. I wonder if I could pickle them and make my own umeboshi! o_o Awesome.

INTEND TO BUY TODAY @ THE FARMER'S MARKET
* Blackberries, 1 quart. I am going to make some sorbet and I have decided VERY DECISIVELY that it will be delicious. It will not be like the blackberry tofu mousse that I tried to make a few months ago where I (a) forgot to strain out the seeds and (b) used the wrong sort of tofu. It had an unpleasant gritty texture. Not fun times.
* Nothing else, goddammit. Stop collecting perishable things, then letting them turn all offensive.

ETA
By "nothing else", I naturally meant one baby watermelon (it was a BUCK!) and a mini baguette. Not too shabby.
